I recently got back in touch with a very good friend of mine from high school. We used to work at the local Market Basket. Good times. He is now a PhD student working on his dissertation and was recently published. I am very proud of him! I have not read the article yet but thought I would share it with you. Janine, that's really cool! Environmental History is the most prestigious journal in this field. Your friend is doing very well! And it's an interesting argument he presents.
